All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Currently, My Wow Pet ships exclusively within the United States. We proudly ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS, though transit times may be longer (up to 14 business days). We are working hard to expand our logistics to support international shipping in the near future!
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via standard shipping only. Express and Overnight shipping methods require a physical address for delivery.
