We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $49! For orders under $49, standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.99. Express options are also available at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, while Express takes 2-3 business days.

Currently, we only ship within the United States (including APO/FPO addresses). We are working hard to bring My Wow Pet to international furry friends soon!

We offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee! Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food or treats.

Simply head to our Returns page or contact our support team with your order number. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label.

Once we receive your return, we process it within 2 business days. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method depending on your bank.
